Receive multiple design board options, a StyleMe product purchase list and a detailed plan to allow you to execute the project for a fraction of the cost of a full service interior designer. Includes any single room space of your choosing (i.e., bedroom, kitchen, outdoor patio, living room, etc.).

Kelly Annalise Interiors will provide you with a seamless experience from start to finish. I’ll develop advanced solutions, including 3D renderings and scaled drawings to bring your vision to life, with a plan of execution for all involved.

Home Staging Package: Consultation

$250

Initial consultation and recommendations on steps needed to prepare your home for sale.

What’s Included:

Assessing what needs to be edited or changed room by room to ensure every room looks as amazing online as it will in person
Tips, tricks and recommendations provided on how to get your property ready
Advise on how to bring out the best features of your home when listing for sale

Staging Package: Deposit

$100/hour; first hour deposit required

$100 initial deposit required; includes one hour of staging. Subsequent hours billed @ $100/hour.

What’s Included:

The cost of staging is determined by the home’s size and the duration of the staging process. Once the property is prepared following the consultation recommendations, staging begins. Furniture and artwork is reorganized, accessories are added, and more to ensure that the home is ready for both open houses and showings, down to the tiniest detail.
Half-day rate $300
Full day rate $600
Optional last minute touch-ups available at $100/hour

One Wall Design Package

Starting at $225/wall space

Design any wall in your home (bookshelf, entry way, art gallery or any blank wall in your home).

1 final wall design

Shopping list of furniture & accessories (no purchase requirements)

Paint/Color Package

Starting At $150/Space

Includes any single room space of your choosing.

What’s Included:

Concept boards with 2 options for different color schemes for the space (each scheme includes, a wall color, trim color and accent colors)
Special notes with tips or explanations (suggestions for incorporating color through accessories, artwork, and other decor).

Holiday and Event Decorating Package: Deposit

$100/hour; first hour deposit required

$100 initial deposit required; includes one hour of decorating. Subsequent hours billed @ $100/hour.

You can choose to be involved in the process or let me handle it for you, all within your predetermined budget.

We start with a virtual kick-off meeting to discuss your project in detail. This session helps us understand your needs, preferences, and goals, setting the foundation for our collaboration.

Design Discovery

Next, we dive deeper into your style preferences and ideas. We document everything and establish a preliminary budget. If you have existing architectural plans, we’ll review them as well.

Three

Design Concept Development

Here, we refine the interior design concept and creative direction. We create sketches, outline floor plans, and select finishes for materials, fixtures, furniture, and more.

Four

Final Design Review

We develop final floorplans, elevations, material selections, and furniture plans based on the approved concept. This is the stage for any last-minute adjustments to keep your project on track and avoid delays.

Five

Design Implementation

Finally, we order all materials, furnishings, and accessories. You’ll receive a comprehensive resource list and detailed guidelines to implement your new design seamlessly.
